EE612 Technical Entrepreneurship
Summer 2010
Technical Entrepreneurship begins the two part series on entrepreneurship by bringing the concepts of business to a personal level. In this course you will really begin to examine your earning ability and how you are operating your business.
In other words this course is about you and your money.
Objectives
- Understand that you are your companies owner and therefore responsible for your results.
- Identify clearly what business you are in … what the market values from your services.
- Clearly identify your current customers by name and position.
- Identify and document how your current customers measure value.
- Understand the roles of business and how they relate to your business.
- Identify areas of your business that are being neglected.
- Understand the ideas and relationships of Core/Calling/Career/Job.
- Develop an active and productive accountability team
- Understand the importance of goal setting from a Company of One level and set goals.
- Learn how to make goals happen to get what you want!
- Develop a personal business plan that maximizes the benefits of your “cash cow” and has a long-term plan to prosper in the area of your calling.
- Develop a success mindset.
- Develop a solid understanding of how businesses operate from the examination of your Company of One.

Grades are based strictly on the deliverables. Since each deliverable is about you – I cannot grade anything but the fact you did the work.
